Booking Policy
The Creative DanceMakers Studio has my permission to use my or my child's photograph or videos taken in association with Creative DanceMakers, to promote the studio. I understand that the images, but never names, may be used in print publications, video, online publications, presentations, the studio website, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use. I also understand that I have the ability to opt out of this by filling out the Media Concent form found on the CDM website: https://forms.gle/cTjjtndntHjVMLNr7 Cancelling may be done 10 days prior to the beginning of class with the refund. Adjusted refunds may still be offered with a later cancellation; please contact our registration specialist at creativedance23@gmail.com.
